Team Teaching Rubric

*This team teaching rubrics is copy lifted from Philippines-Australia Basic Education Assistance for Mindanao Field Study Manual 3

Note: This will serve as guide to the Cooperating Teachers and TEI Practicum Supervisor in assessing the actual teaching performance done by the Pre-Service Teachers. Check the box below that correspond each items.

Legend:           100 – 95          – Excellent (E) 
                        94 – 89              – Very Satisfactory (VS)
                        88 – 83              – Satisfactory (S)
                        82 – 78              – Fair (F)
                        77 – 72              – Unsatisfactory (U)
